||Michelle Cassara, MD
Dr. Cassara grew up in Colorado and received her medical degree from the University of Vermont, College of Medicine. She is board certified in both internal medicine, and endocrinology and metabolism. Dr. Cassara completed an internship and residency training in internal medicine at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where she also completed a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism. Her philosophy of patient care is geared toward engaging patients and families in learning about their disease, encouraging a healthful lifestyle and partnering with patients for positive outcomes.
||Andrea Salzberg, MD
Dr. Salzberg received her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed residency training in internal medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, and completed fellowship training in endocrinology at the University of Colorado, Denver. Dr. Salzberg is board certified in clinical densitometry, internal medicine, and endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. She is dedicated to the care of the community as a whole and values working closely with primary care physicians to deliver successful outcomes for each patient. She encourages patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.
||Bryan L. Goree, DNP, RN, FNP-C
Bryan is a native of Colorado. He received a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology followed by a bachelor's and master’s degree of science in nursing. Bryan also obtained a doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Colorado. He is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Bryan has been working fulltime in endocrinology for approximately 10 years, with a particular interest in thyroid hormone replacement, and treating men with low testosterone. He has a strong passion for health promotion, wellness, and individualizing treatment plans in partnership with his patients to achieve optimal health outcomes
||Stacey Brittain, PA-C
Stacey received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Colorado, Denver. Prior to PA school she conducted Type 1 Diabetes research at the Barbara Davis Center. Her clinical interests include management of diabetes and thyroid disorders. Stacey believes it is important to treat the patient as a whole, tailoring therapies to individual needs. She enjoys spending time getting to know patients as individuals and encouraging them to become active participants in their health care.
Stacey grew up in Colorado and currently resides in the community in which she practices. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, taking advantage of all of the beautiful sunshine Colorado has to offer.
